We undertake to provide accurate, detailed information about every gemstone offered for sale, including its provenance, geological characteristics and any treatment

The prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. Payment can be made using various secure methods, and the order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

We provide secure delivery of gemstones within the agreed time frames. Delivery costs are indicated during the purchase process. For a consumer purchase, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If the customer chooses a carrier other than the one offered by CKYSTONES, this risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the gemstones to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are payable by the customer, except in the event of non-conformity or a defect.

The documents actually supplied with each gemstone are specified on its product page. A CKYSTONES document is distinguished from a report prepared by an independent laboratory. We undertake to supply a product that conforms to its description; the customer retains all applicable statutory guarantees.

Provenance and traceability information is provided according to the evidence actually available for each gemstone. Information supplied by a supplier is distinguished from a laboratory conclusion. CKYSTONES' liability is assessed under the applicable legal provisions; nothing in these terms limits the consumer's mandatory rights or statutory guarantees.
