RETURNS POLICY

We understand the importance of your satisfaction as a customer, which is why we offer a returns policy that complies with European standards. Here are the key points of our 14-day returns policy:

Drawing and design services

Drawing and design services invoiced by CKYSTONES are not, as a matter of principle, excluded from the right of withdrawal applicable to services. Starting work before the withdrawal period ends requires your express request. If you withdraw after work has started, payment may be due for the part actually performed, in proportion to the agreed price and subject to the statutory conditions. No payment is due on this basis if your express request was not obtained or if the required information was not provided to you. Losing the right after full performance requires you to have agreed in advance to the service starting and acknowledged that its full performance would result in the loss of this right.

Right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase eligible for withdrawal, the period is 14 days from receipt of the goods by you or a designated third party other than the carrier. If goods in the same order are delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last item. For a service contract, it runs from the conclusion of the contract.

Returns notification

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us before the period ends, without waiting for returns authorisation. You can use Withdraw from the contract or send a clear statement to ckystones@www.ckystones.com or to 29 rue de Bassano, 75008 Paris. The goods must then be returned to this address no later than 14 days after your notification.

Condition of products  

Returned goods may be checked to verify their identity and condition. Protect them during transport and include the documents and accessories supplied. Opening the packaging does not, in itself, remove the right of withdrawal. You may only be held responsible for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, subject to the statutory conditions.

Return costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods following withdrawal if you were informed of this before purchase. These costs will not be charged to you when the return arises from a statutory guarantee or an error on our part.

Prompt refunds

In the event of withdrawal, the refund includes the amounts paid and the initial standard delivery costs, excluding any supplement for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you. It is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. For goods, it may be withheld until they have been received back or until proof of their dispatch has been received, whichever is earlier.

Refund method

The refund uses the same payment method as the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The exception to the right of withdrawal concerns goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, subject to the statutory conditions. The mere fact that a stone is unique is not sufficient to apply this exception. It does not remove applicable statutory guarantees and does not constitute a general exclusion of drawing or design services.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The destination, method, cost and delivery date or timeframe must be specified before the order is placed. If no date or timeframe has been agreed, the goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

For a particular destination or delivery arrangement, contact us before ordering to check the applicable conditions. Statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain applicable.

Customs duties and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. Customs procedures may affect the delivery timeframe without removing the consumer's statutory rights.
